the more, the merrier.

Quinn was recently given a few scarves. Dad and Annette gave Quinn the pink one during our last visit. A few days later, we received a package from my mom. Inside were more fuzzy scarves and the awesome Disney Princess book from one of Mom's friends. Let me tell you, Quinn is in love. She wears them, all of them, all of the time.

She means business...

When Quinn sings, she is so serious. She is very passionate about performing arts. This video clip has Quinn and her favoritest-and-bestest cousin in a puppet show/duet. Enjoy the raw talent and passion. I give you, "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star".

ENJOY.

VS Weekend!

A few weekends ago we all went to Dover and visited with my Dad, Annette, Rich and Grandma and Grandpa VS. We had a great time. The weather was wonderful and we pretty much spent the day on Dad's deck. (His yard is so beautiful that it is like you are at some fancy garden)

It was so nice to be able to spend time with my Grandparents!
Annette made some awesome food
(with Quinn's "help")
Rich gave her the giant Goldfish!

It was such a long day that Quinn had to come inside and pretend to nap on the dogs pillow!

I was washing some grapes for a snack for Quinn.
I asked her what shape they were.

She replied:
"They are round... Like your face."

To Delaware

A few weeks ago, we went to Delaware. Quinn and I visited with Grandma and Grandpa T, as well as my beautiful and pregnant cousin Val. We played at the park and fed ducks.
At the park there were a million Amish people. Ok, well maybe not a million, but enough for fill at least 4 buggies full. It was so neat to see so many of them all at one public place.

Grandpa T. took these last two pictures of Quinn.
I love these pictures SO much!

Funny Girl

(picture at Dad and Annette's- Quinn was pretending that the dog toys were fancy scarfs)

Quinn: "When I grow up, I'mma be-ya doctor"
Me: "oh yeah? That's a great job"
Quinn: " I need-ta goh ta school"

Hahaha - so true, so true...

Little bit of sunshine

Quinn just loves anything outside... well, ok - that isn't entirely true. Let me rephrase that. Quinn absolutely loves anything outdoors that doesn't require her getting messy, dirty, sweaty, or makes her walk in the grass. For a while she was past her loathing of the grass, however now it is back. Here are a couple pictures from the last two days. We have been trying to soak in some sun while playing in her pool. She loves it and that makes me a happy Mommy.

Mommy and Quinny Craft Time!

Since I am off this summer semester and I am not watching my friend's kids (like last summer), Quinn and I have been doing so much! We try and go to a park every day if the weather is nice. We also try to do some sort of craft everyday. Currently we are making lots of painted gifts (from Quinn!!!) and an alphabet coloring book. It has been so much fun. In the picture above, Quinn and I were both making pretty picture frames!

Wrapped Around Her Little Finger

Quinn has this talent- she can get any man to do EXACTLY what she wants!! The first few pictures are of her PopPop. Quinn talks about him all of the time because he always knows how to make her happy. Every now and again we meet up with MomMom and PopPop at a mall. The whole point of going to the mall is not to shop, but to go on the Merry-go-round! PopPop takes Quinn on it about 5 or 6 times every time. Spoiled??? I'd say. It is their special fun thing and she LOVES it!
Quinn can also get her Daddy to do pretty much anything that she wants. Every weekend we go to a park as a whole family (ie with Dan). Quinn will get her Daddy to go down every slide with her. It is funny, when we go, Quinn doesn't want me to do anything with her (well, except push her in a swing). I love that Quinn always has a great time and I love that these men love little Quinny so much!
