loves the... hat??

Quinn is IN LOVE with her new bucket. Yes, I already had to buy an new one since the last one got damaged. Good thing they are only a dollar! She thinks that this one looks nice as a hat. I have since taken off the handle completely. I don't want her to get caught in there. Since Quinn's head is a little.. um.. large, the bucket fits perfectly. She feels like a princess or something. She will walk around for hours straight with this lovely bucket on. I wish she would keep her real hats on for half as long :)

I love the last picture of her knowing she is so cute with the bucket on her head. I think there must be a thing with kids and buckets. I think around Quinns same age I have a post called Bucket Head with Aspen. She would always do that too. Too funny.

I also love that last picture. My kids have loved wearing buckets too. I don't know if you ever saw this: http://pennhens.blogspot.com/2006/11/already-thinking.html but Dan was in Iraq and thought it was so funny that he showed the entire hospital staff. Kids and Buckets - a perfect pair.

I must agree with Brinn. Quinn knows that she looks as good as she feels. Isn't it amazing how when something is their idea (wear the bucket as a hat) it iw all gung ho, but if it your idea (wear a real hat) it is a struggle. This wonderful attribute does not go away for at least a decade! heehee!!!

Love you!

That is some hat, little girl! It can double as a helmet. :)

The bucket head piece is adorable. Why do they love to put things on their heads that don't belong there? Gee, for a dollar each she could have a real wardrobe of plastic hats. Can't wait to see her in her "hats" at the beach.

Just you wait Michele, she's going to come up with some even more interesting things than that and will probably want to wear them out in public too...just make sure to take lots of pictures. These are so adorable. I love how easily entertained little kids can be.

yup, a bucket isn't just a bucket. I think she's so cute craking up at herself. I love that they put everything and anything on their heads.
